How long would it take to install?

In most circumstances, a single or twin split system can be installed in one to two days with minimum disruption.

Mechanical

Heating and plumbing on a commercial scale can be a complex and technically challenging subject, let us simplify things.  

With a background in mechanical services we are able to provide design, installation and maintenance for all types and sizes of buildings and occupiers.

Ventilation

Fresh air systems, heat recovery ventilation systems, LEV systems, fume and dust extraction etc, all in compliance with the latest standards.

Working closely with our approved Snap Services partners we have access to full workshop facilities for fabrication of ductwork and bespoke sheet metal work, including fully galvanised security cages and fencing. We can also provide unique finishes to any unit by colour matching them to your interior design by utilising a spray booth or vinyl wrap.

Facilities Management

Out-sourcing the management of a building’s essential facilities can mean a more cost effective solution rather than retaining maintenance staff in-house.

It allows companies to concentrate on their core business activity, safe in the knowledge that a professional service is managing maintenance and compliance.

JobLogic

At Snap Services we use Joblogic as part of the Commissioning process for newly installed systems and for Essential yearly Maintenance visits.

Joblogic is an all in one management tool for all your A/C needs and ensures full industry compliance. The Joblogic Inclusive Refcom module ensures that all FGas Compliance measures can be met more efficiently.

There is a Customer Portal which offers real time portal access to job progress and status updates. As a customer you will be able to view your sites dashboard and run reports.

During the Commissioning process we add a QR code to the newly installed systems and link the system information to Joblogic. Meaning that when we come to maintaining the systems the history of the asset is right at our fingertips.

We plan yearly/bi-yearly Maintenance visits using JobLogic and record relevant Maintenance paperwork, including completing Maintenance checklists and providing FGas Logs via the system.

Energy

Commercial buildings are the biggest consumers of energy and with todays focus on cost and carbon reduction there are many ways of reducing energy consumption, some simple and others more complex. We can survey your building and conduct an energy usage report highlighting areas where cost savings can be made together with projected pay back timescales.

Whether it’s new lighting, PIR control of air conditioning, thermostatic control of heating, inverter motor drives, solar shading window film (to mention a few). We can then provide the required service to action any recommendations.

Compliance

Today there is an ever growing amount of legislation connected to a building,

its services and a requirement to comply with it.  Including:
