After leaving school, Peter & Nathan both began working life as apprentice engineers, attending college, and gaining their qualifications and site experience. Then going on to work their way through the ranks gaining valuable experience and knowledge on the way, understanding the importance of hard work and working within a team.
Now directors of Snap Services, they have been careful to employ the right personnel to guide through new apprenticeships and continue the process of up-skilling the industry.

Refcom Elite
Our Refcom Elite F-Gas certification ensures that we are fully compliant with F-Gas regulations and UK Legislation.

All of our Engineers are F-Gas qualified and have a duty of care to ensure all F Gas work completed adhere to these strict regulations. To remain in line with F-Gas and Refcom regulations we fit energy labels to all A/C systems we work on, to ensure that your buildings remain compliant.
SMAS
Companies with the SSIP accreditation have proven that they have adequate and appropriate Health and Safety systems and processes in place; giving customers reassurance that work will be completed in a safe and competent manner.

Constructions Skills Certification Scheme
All our Engineers have current CSCS cards. CSCS is the leading skills certification scheme within the UK construction industry. CSCS Cards provide proof that individuals working on construction sites have the required training and qualifications for the type of work they carry out.

At Snap Services we use Joblogic as part of the Commissioning process for newly installed systems and for Essential yearly Maintenance visits.
Joblogic is an all in one management tool for all your A/C needs and ensures full industry compliance. The Joblogic Inclusive Refcom module ensures that all FGas Compliance measures can be met more efficiently.
There is a Customer Portal which offers real time portal access to job progress and status updates. As a customer you will be able to view your sites dashboard and run reports.
Scanning a QR Code linked to Job Logic gives instant access to the systems information.
We plan yearly/bi-yearly Maintenance visits using JobLogic and record relevant Maintenance paperwork, including completing Maintenance checklists and providing FGas Logs via the system.
International Powered Access Federation
The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) promotes the safe and effective use of powered access worldwide. All our lead Engineers are IPAF Trained. This allows us to work at height safely.
Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Association
The Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Association (PASMA), is the recognised focus and authority for mobile access towers. All our lead Engineers are Pasma trained. This allows us to work at height safely.
Asbestos Awareness
Every employer must make sure that anyone who is liable to disturb asbestos during their normal work, or who supervises those employees, gets the correct level of information, instruction and training so that they can work safely and competently without risk to themselves or others. All Snap Services employees
are trained in Asbestos Awareness.
Upper Tier Waste Carrier
As a contractor we generate waste in the form of reclaimed gas and other materials, therefore we are classed as an Upper Tier Carrier and have the certification to prove that we dispose of all waste in a safe and responsible manner. We also appear on the Natural Resources Wales register.
